Who is Culture Coach?

Hi! My name is Johanna Noreila and I'm your Culture Coach.

If my story was just one word it would be culture. My grandfather was an explorer and traveller alongside being a businessman and he taught me the appreciation of different cultures and the responsibility to learn from others and how exhilarating it is to be curious and stumble across something you couldn't even imagine just by keeping your heart and eyes open. 

I aim to combine the internal world to the external world of the company, be it called Head of People & Culture or something else. SME's and growth companies are where I thrive and feel most at home. I have over 10 years of experience in HR and leadership and a background in the IT industry.

I'm a mother to the most awesome child, love learning new things and organize great experiences for people around me. Shortly - there's always something cooking and going on!

I'm also a certified coach from the international Neuroleadership Institute. In addition to coaching I have experience in mentoring, facilitating and consulting. And I enjoy doing all of them 😄 So whatever your need might be, let's connect and see if I can help you succeed!
